RTBF · Case 01

Story Privée

Building a TikTok-native youth media for public broadcasting.

Role
Executive producer & director
Period
2022 – today
Client
RTBF

The context

RTBF wanted to reach an audience that was slipping away from it: teenagers. The point was not to talk about young people, but to hand them the mic where they already are — on TikTok.

The challenge

Build something credible with a generation that distrusts institutions, without a condescending tone, while meeting the editorial standards of a public broadcaster.

What I did

Ran production and direction end to end: episode design, casting and coaching the young contributors, directing the shoots, adapting each cut per platform. The editorial principle: unfiltered conversations between teenagers on subjects they choose — social media, religion, identity, school, disability.

The results

200+
episodes produced and aired on TikTok, Auvio and RTBF channels
3
media the format now lives on: social, podcast, radio
2026
still running, with documentary portraits on Auvio
50M+
views across the series

What this project proves

I can design a format for a precise audience, produce it at volume, and make it solid enough to live without me.

Laurent Hublet · Case 02

IAmBrussels

Giving Brussels residents the floor. Filming a citizen consultation across the 19 communes.

Role
Head of audiovisual content production
Period
August – December 2023
Client
Laurent Hublet

The context

Laurent Hublet, entrepreneur and co-founder of BeCentral, set himself a challenge: hold a citizen meeting in each of the 19 communes of Brussels so residents could talk openly about their city — cleanliness, safety, health, family, neighbourhoods, culture — with no ideological or political bias. The project's signature: “La parole est à vous”.

The challenge

Make a brand-new initiative exist, give people a reason to come and debate, and give their words back faithfully and engagingly, commune after commune.

What I did

I filmed the meetings and cut them into short pieces for social: a recap of each evening, testimonial capsules with residents, teasers before the next commune. Nineteen rooms in nineteen communes, so the setup had to stay light.

The results

19
meetings, one in each of the 19 communes
15K
Brussels residents consulted
150+
people at the closing night
1M+
people reached on social media

What this project proves

I can put a participatory process on screen: film the debate, draw out citizens' voices, and hold one editorial line across a series of events.

Own media · Case 03

Sous Culture

Building a youth media from zero to 300,000 followers.

Role
Founder & art director
Period
Since April 2019
Client
Self-published

The context

Young French speakers in Belgium had few outlets covering the culture they actually live in, in their language and on the platforms they use. Sous Culture started in 2019 to be one of them.

The challenge

Grow an audience with no broadcaster or brand budget, on subjects of society, culture and lived experience.

What I did

Launched and ran the media: editorial strategy, video direction, social growth. Produced and hosted web shows and livestreams. More than 40 subjects covered so far.

The results

300K+
followers across YouTube, TikTok and Instagram
7 yrs
on air, self-published since 2019
40M+
cumulative views
40+
subjects covered

What this project proves

I can grow an audience with my own means, not only with a client's budget.

Bettencourt Real Estate · Case 04

Value Add

Turning a company founder into a reference voice in his sector.

Role
Production, direction & editing
Period
2026 – today
Client
Abraham de Bettencourt

The context

Abraham de Bettencourt, founder of Bettencourt Real Estate, launched Value Add, a podcast where he hosts major players in Belgian real estate — among them Serge Fautré, CEO of AG Real Estate.

The challenge

Abraham has twenty years in Belgian real estate. The podcast had to match that: technical, no content for beginners, and solid enough that CEOs and public officials agree to sit down for an hour.

What I did

I record and direct each episode, edit the full conversation for YouTube and podcast platforms, and cut short clips for LinkedIn and Instagram.

The results

15
episodes released since February 2026
30K+
YouTube subscribers in six months
800K+
views on a single niche topic
CEOs
AG Real Estate, Louis De Waele, IWG and the Brussels chief architect among the guests

What this project proves

I can work alongside a B2B executive and turn their expertise into content that builds their standing.

FAQ
Questions I often get.
What exactly do you do?+

I help companies make sense of their content. That means shaping an editorial strategy, defining a clear voice and message, structuring what gets published and where, and steering the whole thing so it actually serves your goals rather than just filling a calendar. Think of me as the person who decides what to say, to whom, and why, before anyone starts producing.

Do you work on one-off projects or longer engagements?+

Both. Some clients bring me in for a specific, time-boxed mission like a content audit, a strategy sprint or a brand voice overhaul. Others prefer an ongoing role where I stay involved as their content strategist over several months. We figure out the right format in our first conversation, based on what you actually need.

When does it make sense to work with you?+

If you have something to say but no clear plan for saying it consistently, that's usually the moment. I work with companies of different sizes, from founders building their presence to established teams who need a sharper editorial direction. You don't need a big budget or a full content team to start. We can begin with a focused scope and grow from there.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on the scope and the format. A one-off audit or strategy sprint is priced as a fixed package, while ongoing work is a monthly retainer. Once I understand your situation, I give you a clear quote with no surprises. I'd rather have an honest conversation about budget early than waste your time.

Do you create the content yourself, or just the strategy?+

My core job is strategy and direction, making sure the right content gets made for the right reasons. When production is needed, whether that's video, podcast, writing or design, I draw on a trusted network of specialists and my studio, The Pod, so you get everything handled without juggling five providers. You can hire me for the thinking, the doing, or both.

How soon will I see results?+

Content strategy is a long game, not a quick win. You'll feel the difference in clarity and consistency within the first weeks, but real impact on audience, reputation and leads builds over months. I'll be upfront about what to expect and when. Anyone promising instant results is selling you something else.

Do you work remotely or on site?+

I'm based in Brussels and happy to meet in person for projects in Belgium. Some of my work happens remotely, which means I can collaborate with clients wherever they are. Whatever setup works best for you, we'll make it work.

How do we get started?+

It begins with a short discovery call, no commitment. We talk through where you are, what you're trying to achieve, and whether I'm the right fit. If it clicks, I send you a clear proposal. If not, I'll happily point you in a better direction. Send me a message to get going.
